We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Contact us at emily@oneandonstudio.com within 30 days of receiving your order and let us know whether you'd like a return or exchange, and the reason.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, we'll cover the return shipping cost.
• If you're returning or exchanging for personal reasons (such as a different size or change of mind), return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or item, we'll ship the replacement once we receive your return.
